Tony Brune joined Quality Waterproofing after spending years as a project superintendent in the St. Louis construction industry. Tony is a graduate of Missouri State University with a degree in construction science, and in 2012 was named President of Quality Waterproofing and Gravelshooters when John Leniger retired. Tony is responsible for the general management and day-to-day operations of the company. Tony and his wife, Coleah, live in suburban St. Louis with their dog, Scruffy. On the weekends, Tony enjoys playing golf, and spending time on his family farm in New Haven, MO.
Andrew Timp is the President of Quality Waterproofing's Existing Home Division. Andrew has over 15 years' experience in all aspects of the waterproofing industry. His knowledge and passion made him the perfect person to manage the growing need for existing home waterproofing, foundation repair, and the overall health of St. Louis homes. Andrew is responsible for all aspects of the operations of Quality Waterproofing’s existing home division. Andrew and his wife Maria have 4 children and reside in Ballwin, MO. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys taking his family boating and camping, and is also an avid hunter and fisherman.
For nearly 30 years, Jennifer Kendall has been a part of the Quality Waterproofing team. Jennifer started as a receptionist and bookkeeper, and eventually worked her way up to Office Manager, which is the title she still holds today. Jennifer is responsible for all office duties and accounting functions, among many other things. Jennifer and her husband Les, who is a Field Supervisor for our sister company, Gravelshooters, have two children. Jennifer is also a professional photographer and can be found taking pictures at many weddings and other special events in and around St. Louis in her free time.
Todd Siess is the Production Manager for Quality Waterproofing's Existing Home Division. Todd joined the team with several years of construction experience and a degree in Business Management. As Production Manager, Todd is the supervisor for all foundation repairs, concrete leveling, piering, sump pump, Ez-Breathe, and Santa Fe dehumidifier installs. Todd's dedication and diligence to his work, as well as his professional background, makes him a vital part of the team. In his free time, Todd enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his friends and family.
Ethan Melkowski is the Lead Service Technician for Quality Waterproofing’s Existing Home Division. Ethan has extensive experience in customer service and team management, and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. As a Service Technician, Ethan is responsible for warrantied and billable foundation repairs for Existing Homes. Ethan’s customer service experience and management skills make him a perfect addition to the Quality Waterproofing team. In his free time, Ethan enjoys duck hunting, automotive technology, and riding his three wheeler.
Linda Guevara is our accounts receivable/payable specialist. She has an Accounting Certificate from East Central College, and an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from St. Louis Community College. She also had 8 years of experience in Office Administration when she came to work with us 2 years ago. Linda and her Husband Jaimie have been married for 15 years and have 4 children and 4 grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys reading, outdoor activities and being with her family.
Jim HollandJim Holland came to Quality Waterproofing as a Consultant in 2016. Jim is a veteran of the U.S. Army and attended UMSL to study Business Administration. He has a background in money management and accounting as well as real estate. Jim has experience in custom home construction and has more than 30 years’ experience in foundation repair. He is a valuable addition to our team. Jim and his wife, Joan have 2 children and 1 grandchild. In his spare time, Jim enjoys his wave runners and spending time on the water.
Lori Piazza came to Quality Waterproofing a year ago with over 30 years of customer service experience. Making sure our customers are taken care of and happy is a priority with her. Lori and her husband Andy have been married for 30 years, and have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. In her free time you will find her scrapbooking, camping or spending time with her family.
Sherry Kristoff is our Receptionist. She started with Quality Waterproofing almost six months ago and brings several years of customer service experience with her. Sherry and her husband Kip have been married for 2 ½ years. She has 2 children and will soon be a first time grandmother. In her spare time you will find her enjoying wrestling, football and motorcycling. She is a very outgoing person and never meets a stranger.
