Basement Waterproofing
Basement waterproofing isn't just a single method or product.
Basement waterproofing isn't just a single method or product. Waterproofing can solve a specific problem or even better prevent problems. When you see waterproofing, here's what we mean:
Interior Crack Repair
This solution is best to take care of cracks in your foundation, especially cracks that allow water in. At Quality Waterproofing, we use a carbon fiber repair technique that not only stops leaks but also strengthens your foundation wall. It’s affordable and long-lasting fix.
Interior Drainage & Basement Waterproofing
If your basement is flooding or always damp, Quality Waterproofing is here to help. Our top-notch perimeter relief system uses a DUAL DRAIN SYSTEM underneath your basement slab to keep water out for good.
Here’s how it works: We start by carefully removing part of your basement floor near the foundation wall. Then we install two drains—one near the footing and one of our custom-designed water channels on top of it—to move water away from your home. The water flows to a sump basin, where it’s pumped out safely. After 60 years of experience, we’ve found that this dual system is hands-down the most effective way to protect your home from water seeping up through the floor.
Sump Pump Installation
Your sump pump is your basement’s first line of defense against water, and it’s essential that it’s working properly—especially when heavy rains hit. Our installation process is fast, seamless, and ensures your pump is running smoothly. We always recommend a backup battery system, so even if the power goes out during a storm, your pump will keep working when you need it most.
Crawl Space Repair
A damp, musty crawl space can create problems throughout your entire house—like mold, mildew, and even wood rot. Quality Waterproofing offers a range of solutions to dry out your crawl space, including vapor barriers and our energy-efficient EZ Breathe Dehumidifier.
Window Wells
If your window wells are pooling water or causing leaks in your basement, we can help! We replace and repair window wells to make sure they stay dry and do their job.
Working with Builders
We’re proud to partner with some of the area’s largest builders, providing efficient and reliable waterproofing services that won’t slow down your construction process.
Our Waterproofing Process
Here’s what to expect when we waterproof your basement:
We’ll jackhammer the perimeter of your basement and dig a trench.
Next, we install a dual drainage system—complete with drain tile, a water channel, gravel, basin, and vapor barrier.
We pour the floor back to its original thickness (or thicker).
Finally, we install a top-quality sump pump in a filtered basin, with plumbing to pump water safely outside your home.
Let us know how we can help with your waterproofing needs—no one should have to worry about water problems in their home!
