Mudjacking
No one should have to deal with uneven walkways, sinking driveways, or tripping hazards.
Is your concrete sinking, cracking, or sloping? We get it—it’s frustrating. But no one should have to deal with uneven walkways, sinking driveways, or tripping hazards. That’s where mudjacking comes in. Also called slabjacking or muckjacking, this tried-and-true method lifts and levels your concrete by pumping a sand-based grout mixture under the slab. Think of it as giving your concrete a much-needed lift!
Mudjacking has been around for years, and for good reason—it works! Whether it's your sidewalk, driveway, patio, or even your garage slab that's sinking, we can restore them to their original position quickly and effectively.
Why Does Concrete Sink?
Here are a few reasons your concrete might be sinking:
Poor soil compaction
Natural wear and tear over time
Soil shrinkage
Moisture issues
The Problems with Sinking Concrete
Sinking slabs don’t just look bad—they can also cause issues like:
Cracked concrete
Uneven walkways
Sinking garage floors
Sloping patios
Uneven stairs
But don't worry! Our mudjacking process can fix all of these.
How Mudjacking Works
The process is pretty straightforward, and we’ll walk you through it every step of the way:
We evaluate the problem: Our team checks out your sinking slab to figure out the best spots to lift it.
We drill small holes: Tiny holes are drilled in just the right spots to inject the grout.
We pump the slurry: A special mixture is pumped through the holes to fill the empty spaces under the slab.
We lift and level: The pressure from the slurry lifts your concrete back to where it belongs.
We patch the holes: Once the slab is level, we patch the holes with cement and clean up the area.
Your concrete will be ready to walk (or drive) on within 24 hours!
